Neurographic Art 🤎

A Meditative and Healing Practice

Hello Kindred Spirit! Thank you again for having subscribed to my monthly newsletter. It’s so nice to connect!

March is coming to a close. I have half written a few different versions of a newsletter installment for this month. I’m coming up short on anything meaningful as my mind has been caught up in the current media cycle. Doodling helps.

Neurographic art is a meditative practice that anyone can do. It helps to process thoughts and quiet the mind. There is a lot of information out there on the practice if you haven’t heard of it before and want a thorough explanation. Essentially, you draw a twisting and turning continuous line that overlaps with itself and covers the page. Then, you round the corners of all the intersections, and fill in the segments with different colors and/or patterns. It’s like zentangle lite.

I posted a neurographic art page on Instagram that I did about a month ago and a second page that is blank, with just the line. If you want to give it a try, but can’t be bothered with laying down the starting line, feel free to print out my blank page and fill it in.

How do you center yourself?

Until next time,
